Returns and exchanges

Contact us directly if you wish to return or exchange an item.

Right of withdrawal - Applies to private individuals:

In accordance with the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (2000:274), you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal for goods purchased via mail order, counting from the day you received the goods. The right of withdrawal only applies to private individuals.

When exercising your right of withdrawal:

  • You must notify us that you are canceling your purchase. The notification should be sent to us at info@proffsvaskor.se. Your name, address, email address, order number, and the goods to be returned must be clearly stated in your message.
  • Returns are accepted for 30 days, provided we have been informed within 14 days of receiving the item.
  • If the return is due to a faulty item from us, we will cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, you are responsible for the return shipping, delivery, and condition of the products upon return; therefore, the products should be well-packaged and in their original packaging.
  • If you ordered more items than those you are returning, we will not refund the shipping cost. This is because the shipping cost is the same regardless of how many items you ordered.
  • Returned items must be in substantially unchanged condition and in original packaging. We appreciate it if you enclose the delivery note with the returned item. This is so we can easily identify who the package is from. In case of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Complaints.
  • Package the item well, as you, the customer, are responsible for the risk and cost of return shipping. Make sure to include any enclosed instructions/manuals. You must not tape, glue return shipping labels or similar directly onto the original packaging, as this will damage it.
  • A damaged original box will result in a charge of SEK 150.
  • If the item is not unused and in new condition, the return will not be approved. We will then return the item to you and charge you for the shipping cost.
  • If the item is delivered in packaging that cannot be opened without damaging it (e.g., a blister pack), you as a consumer have the right to open the packaging to inspect your item, without losing your right of return.
  • After we have received and approved a return with a request for a refund, we will refund the full amount you paid to us for your purchase within 30 days.
  • For the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct a sum corresponding to the depreciation in value compared to the item's original value if the product is used or damaged.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products that have been sealed (plombered) for health or hygiene reasons and where the seal (plomb) has been broken by you.
  • Products that are sealed audio or video recordings and where the seal has been broken by you.
  • Custom-made products, which have been specifically tailored for you or have a clear personal touch according to your wishes.
  • Services that have been fully performed and where you have expressly consented to the service being started without the right of withdrawal.
  • Goods that can quickly deteriorate, such as food.
  • Single issues of newspapers or magazines.
