Delivery and shipping

DELIVERIES

At Proffsväskor i Årjäng AB, you can order both stock items that we keep in our own warehouse and so-called order items.
If your order only contains stock items, we will naturally dispatch your order immediately.
If your order contains at least one order item, we will wait for the order item before dispatch.
We reserve the right for factual errors and for potential stock-outs.
If an item has been discontinued or delivery is otherwise prevented, we will contact you by phone or email.

If you suspect that something is wrong or that an expected delivery is taking an abnormally long time, you are welcome to contact us so that we can investigate the status of your order.

DELIVERY METHODS

We cooperate with Schenker, DSV, DHL, and PostNord. However, deviations may occur, leading us to also use other transport companies.

The quantity, size, weight, and volume of the order determine which freight class is applied.
Currently, we have 12 different freight classes (in addition to Free/Picked up by customer, which is only applicable to our local customers).

We only charge a single shipping cost regardless of how many products you order, and even if you buy different products with different shipping prices, you will only pay one shipping price. The shipping price you pay is the highest shipping price and is calculated at checkout.

Example:
Shipping cost for product A is SEK 95/item.
Shipping cost for product B is SEK 125/item.
Shipping cost for product C is SEK 295/item.

Ex 1: You have added 1 unit of product A to your cart. The shipping cost you must pay is SEK 95.

Ex 2: You have added 8 units of product A to your cart. The shipping cost you must pay is SEK 95.

Ex 3: You have added 1 unit of product A, 2 units of product B, and 3 units of product C to your cart. The shipping cost you will pay is SEK 295.

Our transport costs only cover delivery on the mainland within Sweden's borders and to addresses served by our transport companies.

For deliveries to Swedish islands not connected by bridge, we can deliver at the actual transport cost. Please contact us for the actual transport cost.

For deliveries outside Sweden's borders, we can deliver at the actual transport cost. Please contact us for the actual transport cost.

NOTE 4!
EXTRA COST
for address change, failed delivery attempt, delivery hindrance, storage fees and unclaimed packages will be charged to both private individuals and companies at the actual cost according to the transport company's price list.

AN ADDRESS CHANGE after the goods have left the warehouse - We charge SEK 550 incl. VAT (SEK 440 excl. VAT) for this, and additional shipping costs will apply according to the transport company's price list.

FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPT FOR A PARTIAL LOAD – We charge SEK 1875 incl. VAT (SEK 1500 excl. VAT).

FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPT FOR A PACKAGE & GENERAL CARGO – We charge SEK 462.50 incl. VAT (SEK 370 excl. VAT).

DELIVERY HINDRANCE
– We charge SEK 487.50 incl. VAT (SEK 390 excl. VAT).

STORAGE FEES
- Goods may be stored at the terminal for 4 days; after 4 days, we charge SEK 98.75 incl. VAT (SEK 79 excl. VAT) per day.

If you are a private individual whose products are delivered by DHL / Schenker / DSV, your shipment will usually be notified before delivery. This means you should be available by phone in the days prior to estimated delivery.

Shipping costs are stated for each product. If you have added multiple products to your shopping cart belonging to different shipping classes, the highest one will be applied.

Smaller deliveries are sent with PostNord MyPack / Schenker PrivPack to shorten delivery times. Shipments are notified via SMS if you provided a mobile number when registering as a customer. Otherwise, we use postal notification, which extends the delivery time by at least 1 day.

For larger order volumes and recurring orders, a separate quote can be provided after contacting us.

TRANSPORT LIABILITY

We are responsible for goods that are damaged or lost when delivered to you.
When you return an item to us, you as the customer are responsible for the goods.
It is very important that you pack the item carefully so that neither the item nor the original packaging is damaged. Never use the original packaging as outer packaging, as it will be damaged.
In case of damaged original packaging, you will be charged SEK 150 incl. VAT (SEK 120 excl. VAT).

If you discover that the item you received is damaged during transport, it must be reported directly to the carrier and cannot be claimed retroactively. The damage must also be reported to our customer service within 24 hours.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

For goods that you, as a customer, do not claim, we charge a cost for shipping, return shipping, and handling totaling SEK 300 incl. VAT (SEK 240 excl. VAT).
For bulky shipments, extra shipping costs will also apply according to the transport company's price list.

COMPLAINTS

If you wish to make a complaint about an item, always contact customer service at info@proffsvaskor.se
You can, of course, also call customer service at 010-182 85 10.
When contacting us, please provide your order number.
If you can take a photo of the product, this can speed up the process.

According to Swedish law, you have the right to complain about an item for up to 3 years after purchase.
The right to complain applies to defects that can be traced to the production of the item and therefore does not apply to normal wear and tear or aging of the product.
A complaint must be made as soon as possible after the defect has been discovered.
After we have received the returned item, we will process the case within 30 days.

FORCE MAJEURE

We consider ourselves exempt from fulfilling our obligations in this agreement if this is due to changed legislation, government action, labor market conflict, fire, flood, war, terrorism, sabotage, major accidents, or similar events.

We undertake not to disclose or sell the personal data we collect from our customers in any way.
We only collect the information we need to process your order, and the information is only used by us and the partners we use to complete the purchase.
Examples of partners are PSP (Payment Service Provider) and Creditors, as well as banks.
