Payment methods

When shopping at Proffsväskor i Årjäng AB within Sweden, you can choose from the following options:

1. Card payment (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, UnionPay):

We process card transactions via Shopify Payments. In such cases, you don't have to worry about your card details falling into the wrong hands.

2. Invoice 30 days via Klarna Bank AB (publ):

If you choose to pay by invoice, you will always receive a separate email, letter, or SMS.

Typically, you have 30 days to pay, the fee is SEK 0 per invoice, the due date is stated on your notice. For questions, please contact us.

3. Partial payment via Klarna Bank AB (publ):

You have the option to decide how much you wish to pay each month. More information about this can be found when you select this option in the webshop checkout.

4. Invoice for businesses (after credit check and only for registered companies):

  • We offer 30 days credit. No extra invoice or expedition fee will be added.
  • We only offer invoices for registered companies, municipalities, schools, organizations, associations, village associations, and parishes.
  • We send standard invoices by post, and it is REQUIRED that a physical invoice address and company name or organization number are provided at checkout.
  • If you wish to receive a PDF invoice or Peppol-ID, you can enter an email address/information on the "YOUR CART" page.
  • In case of late payment, a reminder fee and default interest will be charged.
  • If you wish to pay by invoice, a credit check will automatically be carried out regardless of the order value (does not apply to registered limited companies).
